TimeZone Converter processes page text locally in your browser to detect and convert time expressions. The extension does not sell personal data, run analytics, or include trackers.
We do not collect personal data.
The extension stores your settings (such as highlight preferences, ignored sites, scan mode, and formatting options)
using chrome.storage.sync.
This allows settings to sync between browsers where you are signed into Chrome.
The extension reads visible text content on pages you visit in order to find time expressions (e.g. 8PM CET)
and then highlight/convert them. This processing happens locally on your device.
The core functionality does not require any external network requests. If you click the support button, you may be taken to a third-party website (e.g. Buy Me a Coffee).
This policy may be updated as the extension evolves. The latest version should be published along with extension updates.
